Real Online Notepad is a free, browser-based online notepad and rich text editor tool designed for personal, educational, and professional writing. All document processing, storage, formatting, and encryption functions execute client-side on your device.

3. User Content & Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership, copyright, and title to any text, notes, equations, code, or information that you create, write, or paste into Real Online Notepad.

Because Real Online Notepad stores your documents locally on your device, we claim no license, ownership, or access rights to any content you create.

4. User Responsibility for Data Backups

Real Online Notepad relies on your browser’s local storage systems (IndexedDB and LocalStorage). You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your important documents.

We provide convenient built-in tools (such as File → Backup All Notes and File → Download) to help you export and safeguard your data. Real Online Notepad is not liable for data loss resulting from hardware failure, operating system errors, or clearing browser cache and site data.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Real Online Notepad only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable regional, national, and international laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Real Online Notepad is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
